I Dig Clouds

After yesterdays perfect cloud cover today might be a little tougher-it looks to be painfully sunny out there again. Not that the sun is all bad, but the dry fly action really takes off when the sun is masked even a little. I remember some awesome fishing days under the haze of smoke in the Bitterroot that had the same sun-dampening effect. Anyhow, however fun that was to stay cool all day and watch fish attack the dries it looks like more summer sun is on tap for today. All the local waters are fishing well and there are some bugs out just about everywhere. Top Flies remain the Chubby Family, Princes, rubber legs, Mega Gimp, and The Big Sparkle Adams. Here is George Kline who fished with his Wife Jennifer yesterday and had a blast under the cloudy skies. I’m pretty sure she out fished him, which is a lot of fun to watch happen from the rowers seat. See you guys soon.
